Synopsis
Shivraj (Kamala Lakshman) is a gifted puppeteer, who seems to have everything going for him – he’s good-looking, rising to the top of his profession and a beautiful dancer, Pushpa (Vyjayantimala) loves him. Fate takes a hand and Shivraj is crippled in an accident – his life is suddenly changed. He can no longer work. Pushpa remains faithful and they get married. A famous impresario, Loknath (Balraj Sahni), with a tragic secret of his own, attends one of Pushpa’s recitals and offers her a chance to attain fame. Shivraj’s pent-up frustration and anger now come to the fore…..
