Karan is a rich landlord of Anand Nagar with all bad habits. He meets Lata and hires her to be his secretary. He brings her to Anand Nagar where Lata realizes that AKaran is very nice at heart but due to his bad habits nobody in his family respects him. Samsher Singh, Karan's brother, wants to take over the whole property and money and always keeps Karan away from the family and business matters. On the other hand, Lata is trying to improve Karan and get him involved and protects him. Shamsher Singh is displeased with Lata and accuses her of robbery and forces Lata to leave Anand Nagar.
